There are only 13 geological engineering programs in the U.S. – and Ole Miss has one of them!

Students from Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia can study geological engineering at Ole Miss without paying out-of-state tuition charges. That saves you over $17,500 a year!

Career paths

With a geological engineering degree, you can find a job in environmental consulting, energy, mining, government, research and regulation. And, if you want, you’ll have exciting opportunities to work outdoors, exploring and interacting with the natural environment while positively impacting the world.
